The hotel's location was great, close to the main attractions in Niagara Falls. It was convenient being near a Buddhist temple and the train station. There is an IHOP restaurant nearby offering a breakfast omelet meal for about $35.

The food was good and the location was easy. The hotel was situated 900 feet from the bus stop. The staff members were very responsive. We greatly enjoyed rooms with king bed.

cleaning personal showed up once to clean the room but as we were still in there they left. clean up service didn't come back later. breakfast on Jan 1 should be until later in the morning. everybody wakes up very late this date.

Courteous & helpful staff. Were glad to get breakfast at 5.30am since we were checking out at 5.45am! Comfortable, very clean. Good for the family. Close to ViaRail station and a short taxi drive from the main tourist area.
Long walk from The Rainbow bridge! 2.8miles! Taxi is advised for sure.

The place is modern, I had a great stay in a newly furnished room with 2 queen beds, and it's in a convenient location.

enjoyed the fact that I could still get a smoking room, breakfast and staff were excellent check in check out times were very good considering computers were down
having to pay extra for cott for child. I use the Hampton exclusively and do not not enjoy your price fluctuations eg. new years eve prices, summer prices etc.

We have stayed here many times and have always been happy with our visits. The combination of cleanliness and friendliness is hard to beat. The great breakfasts don't hurt either.
We were unable to reduce the fan speed on the heating unit to reduce the amount of noise.
